These terms apply when you use the PROMISED LEVANT website and when you place an order with us. By using the site or ordering, you agree to them.

Orders & acceptance

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept your order when we send an order confirmation. If we can't fulfil an order — for example, an item is out of stock or mispriced — we'll let you know and refund any payment in full.

Pricing & payment

• Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and include VAT where applicable.
• Payment is taken securely at checkout through our payment provider.
• We take care to price accurately, but if a clear error occurs we're not obliged to fulfil the order at the wrong price.

Availability

Our pieces are made in limited quantities and drops may sell out. Adding an item to your cart does not reserve it until checkout is complete.

Shipping & returns

Delivery is covered by our Shipping policy, and returns and exchanges by our Returns & Exchanges policy, which form part of these terms.

Intellectual property

All brand names, logos, designs, artwork, and site content are the property of PROMISED LEVANT and may not be copied or reused without our written permission.

Acceptable use

Please don't misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

Our liability

We don't exclude or limit liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the courts of England and Wales.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page at the time of your order is the one that applies.
