At PROMISED LEVANT, every piece is made with care. Please review this policy before ordering. Nothing here affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

Your right to cancel

For online orders, you may cancel and return any unworn item within 14 days of delivery for a refund, in line with your rights under UK consumer law.

• Items must be unused, in original condition, with tags and packaging intact.
• Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
• Refunds are issued to your original payment method once we receive and inspect the return.

Exchanges

Prefer a different size or piece? Exchanges are welcome within 14 days, subject to stock availability. If your choice is unavailable, we'll offer store credit or a refund.

Faulty, damaged, or incorrect items

Please inspect your order on delivery. If anything is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us at hello@promisedlevant.com within 7 days and we'll make it right with a replacement or full refund — at no cost to you.

This policy does not affect your statutory consumer rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
